prices of both heavily depend on the complexity of what you're asking. i do not have set prices.
here's what i do and don't do.
approximately, a fully colored, full body piece, with complex shading is around 60$-80$ USD.
NSFW is a ~+10$ to the price, depending on what you want and if there are any kinks.

i code website layouts for personal use and i've been doing it since i was nine or ten years old in 2007.
i am probably not someone who you'd want for a professional business site or setting up an actual database and configuring APIs. in other words, i'm more of a front end developer than a back end developer.
you are always welcome to come to me for debugging and fixes afterwards with the code. i cannot catch every mistake during the process of creating a website.

for example, a simple css + html page combination would be around 30$-60$ USD.
if you want me to make the image assets for you, that will also cost you depending on what you want. otherwise, feel free to provide me with them and i'll see what i can do.
responsiveness (mobile compatibility) is also an extra cost depending on the site's complexity.
if you want this template to be personal and for your own use, in other words you don't want me to make it free to use for others, let me know. however, i will still use it as a commission example because it's my work.
