an old, simple project designed to be a template for a local database for your own OCs without the use of the internet.
you are completely free to write whatever you want, as no one can tell you what to write about if the data isn't hosted on someone else's server.
the coding is from 2013 and might be outdated here and there despite my updates, however it serves its purpose and is simple enough for the majority of people to use.
